My first introduction to NR was courtesy of that bastion of musical
taste in the late 70's and early 80's, SOLID GOLD! There the boys
were, posing away on Don't tell me you love me with Marilyn McCoo
and Andy Gibb wondering how anyone could dance the Hustle to this
stuff! Anyway, NR was just enough loud music rebellion to appeal to
this 14 year old kid. So I went out and bought the Boardwalk records
release of Dawn Patrol the next day! The rest, of course, is history.
I've bought every album since on the day of release. I'll be there again
on July 22nd!
