I was in 8th grade when I bought a "7 Wishes" tape after hearing
"Sentimental Street", "Four in the Morning", and "Goodbye" (that was the
clincher) on the radio and seeing the videos on MTV. When I heard the
rest of the album, I was hooked. It wasn't long after that when I found
out that "Sister Christian" and "When You Close Your Eyes", which I had
heard on the radio and liked back when I was 12, were done by the same
band, so of course I just had to go out and get "Midnight Madness"!
Next was "Big Life" when it was brand new, then I got "Dawn Patrol" soon
after that. I guess the rest is more or less history!
